Nursery 1 visit the Gibberie Wallie

Nursery 1 went out on a local walk. We were looking for signs of Autumn and looking at things in the local environment. We spotted lots of signs, writing and numbers. We noticed that the leaves on the trees were changing colour. We went through a tree tunnel and found a wall that got smaller as we walked further along beside it. When we got near Sunnybank Park, we visited the Gibberie Wallie. This is an old stone well dating back to 1721, being moved to it’s current location in 1937. We had some time at the end to try out some of the equipment at the playpark.
