Primary 6 Scots Poems

10th February 2020 Sarah Hobin

In P6 this term we studied Robert Burns’ poem To A Mouse. We looked at the language used, the theme of the poem and the description and imagery. We then used a Scots glossary to write our own poems in the same style. We decided to write To A Fox – or, in Scots, Tae A Tod. Here is a selection of our finished poems.
